JASMEET GILL is a fourth-year student at Fresno State majoring in Biology with a minor in chemistry. After graduation, she plans to go to medical school and become a doctor. She is currently involved in other extra curricular activities on campus including being a part of a research lab and serves as the President of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Her work through these organizations has further pushed her to do volunteer work and some of her past volunteering experiences include Kids Day, raising money for Silent Garden and Active Minds, as well as serving food to low income families at the Fresno Public Library. She has always been the type of person who loves to participate in service and joined the Richter Center Student Leaders in hopes to share her passion for service with others. She believes that people are always going to be busy in their daily lives and sometimes it is important to step back and do something good for others. As an Ambassador for the Richter Center she wants to be able to spread her love for service and give back to the community that she grew up in.
