ESTEFANY TORRES is a senior majoring in Public Health Administration and minoring in Spanish.  After graduation, Estefany hopes to further her education by obtaining her master’s in Public Health.  For the past three years she has worked as a student assistant for the Henry Madden Library Digital Services Department.  This is her first year being a part of the Richter Center.  Her freshman year she was a part of the Academic Bulldog Program. She has interned for the California Health Collaborative Lock It Up Project, where she visited underserved communities in Fresno County to raise awareness on the dangers of prescription and over the counter drugs.  This year she is interning with Habitat for Humanity Fresno, helping out with their Senior Paint Program.  Back in high school she was a member of the California Scholarship Federation and Key Club International, where she was able to contribute back to her community. In the past she has volunteered for Relay for life and Kids Day.

As a part of the Ambassadors program, Estefany would like to encourage other students to make a difference throughout their community.
