On Friday afternoons, Fresno State student's bag food for hungry families at the Bulldog Pantry.

The Bulldog Pantry, the student-run food pantry that provides food to needy folks in the neighborhoods around Fresno State, is one of my favorite places to volunteer.  I have the chance to lend a hand most Friday afternoons, packing bags with food for Saturday’s distribution, and that hour is probably the most rewarding one of my entire week!  I know that in some small way I am making life a little bit easier for some person that I’ve never met, and this realization always makes me excited and eager to return next week.  If you want to know the feeling (and trust me, it’s worth it!), volunteer your time at the Bulldog Pantry or some other service organization!  You will love it!
